For all Singapore orders, CloverSac uses Singpost Smartpac for delivery. Here’s the process and what to expect:

Delivery Timeline:

• Order Processing: It takes 3 to 5 working days to process all orders.
• Delivery Time: After processing, delivery takes an additional 2 to 3 working days.
• Total Time: In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 5 to 8 working days after placing the order.

What to Do If Your Order Is Delayed:

• Delay Beyond Expected Time: If you have not received your order within 10 working days (or 2 weeks), you should contact CloverSac immediately.
